The Cuisine

The culinary history of our bistro includes the offer of traditional local products, which are presented with a careful choice of ingredients. The menu is varied, ranging from local cuisine based on polenta (with wild boar in red wine, with braised Scottish angus beef, with cheese or porcini mushrooms), the classic risotto with perch typical of the lake, you go to a series of handmade fresh pasta (malfatti homemade with  pumpkin served with bacon and porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with blueberries served with truffled cream and porcini mushrooms, pizzocheri, etc..), we have the excellent cut of Scottish angus beef and homemade desserts. There is also a place for homemade pizzas and focaccia with accurate rising and interesting flavour combinations.
